Keya Smart Locks Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Keya Smart Locks. We strive to provide you with an excellent shopping experience and ensure your order is delivered promptly and safely.
We offer free delivery for online orders over R1000. Shipping charges for your order below R1000 will be a flat fee of R80.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and other factors. Estimated delivery time is 1 – 14 working days.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is shipped.
We use Pudo Locker services to deliver your order. If you have an issue with your delivery, you can contact us or the carriers directly.
If your area is not covered by the Pudo Locker service provider, the carrier used for your order will be determined by the best option available for your area.
We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are interested in shipping to an address outside of South Africa, please contact us at info@keyasmartlocks.co.za for more information.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will then be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages
1. Damaged Packages
• If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at info@keyasmartlocks.co.za with your order number and (optional)photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Lost Packages
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@keyasmartlocks.co.za We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
