Keya Smart Locks Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Keya Smart Locks. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your smart lock, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

                  1.              Return Window

                  •                You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

                  2.              Condition of the Product

                  •                To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

                  3.              Proof of Purchase

                  •                A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Return Process

                  1.              Initiate a Return

                  •                To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@keyasmartlocks.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.

                  2.              Return Authorization

                  •                Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send your purchase back without an RMA number.

                  3.              Return Shipping

                  •                You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, only if borne by Keya Smart Locks, will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

                  1.              Inspection

                  •                Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection.

                  2.              Processing

                  •                If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed is up to 7 days and may also depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

                  1.              Defective or Damaged Items

                  •                We only replace items if you received it defective or if you received it damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@keyasmartlocks.co.za
